The Far South Coast Dressage Association was founded in 1987 by a group of local riders who were interested in dressage and wanted to learn more about the art of riding. This prompted the first protocol day which proved very popular and led to our Club’s first dressage competition.
The Club has continued to grow over the years and now offers regular competition days. There are protocol days, training events and workshops held throughout the year, mainly at Cobargo Showground and Bemboka Showground.
You can sign up for membership in Nominate (which is also where you enter events).
All members are welcome to attend our monthly committee meetings, which are held by Zoom (generally every second Tuesday at 7:00pm). Send us an email or let us know via our Facebook page if you’d like an invitation to the next meeting.

If you have never ridden at an FSCDA competition before, or just need to refresh your memory, here is the Dressage Etiquette for FSCDA document.
Dogs must be on a lead at all times. Dogs that are a nuisance, e.g. barking or lunging at people or animals, must be removed from the premises if so directed.
Dogs are NOT allowed in yards, warm-up arenas or in the general competition arenas.

FSCDA members come from the Bega Valley and surrounds.
Our home ground is the Cobargo Showground, where most of our events take place.
Facilities at Cobargo Showground include dressage & jumping equipment (available on application), a cross-country course, day yards, camping spots, shower & toilet facilities, commercial kitchen and rooms for training etc. Fees may apply.
We also conduct arena familiarisation/protocol sessions at Bemboka Showground.
